Trending Speaker Topics
What are the topics the top speakers are getting paid to talk about?
It probably won’t surprise you at all to hear that one of the most popular topics that our speakers and Voices Speakers bureau get hired to speak about involves AI.
#1: Anything, AI.
There are AI workshops, AI conferences, there is AI training, and there are AI business books. If you’re a speaker and you just focus on creating a brand as an expert in AI, you will get booked in 2026.
#2: The Brain
Brain research is still light years behind what the world will know about the human brain decades into the future. And because of this, it intrigues us. Also, because we all have one, brain productivity, brain, science, and how the brain impacts your life, mood, and productivity is a very, interesting and intriguing subject. If you have any interest, passion, or on the brain, you can create quite a signature talk discussing the brain.
#3: A Comeback Story
Before Covid, the questions and requests I received for speakers centered on results. It was a type A leadership environment. However, when Covid hit, we developed a virtual speakers panel, and there was nothing there was off the table. Speakers talked about their lives, coping skills, how they were managing the government shutdown, and how they were managing remote workers.
But more importantly? Today, post Covid, everyone wants a speaker that makes the audience laugh or cry. This is good news for speakers with a powerful story.
If there’s a lesson and all of it, we’ve become softer, and more humane. This is not the pinstripe Wall Street culture hard driving leadership of the 90s.
Remote workers now demand remote workspace. Many refused to go back to the office. People are learning on zoom, teams, and live all mixed into one. If a speaker goes on stage, you may also be speaking to employees all over the world as they work at home.
Your story matters and that means that authenticity matters too.
And this is really, really good news.

How about environment and sustainability? Health?
On it! Esp comeback
